Cook, brown, warm, and more at up to 5 times the speed of a conventional oven with the Merrychef eikon e5-1530 commercial combination convection / microwave oven. Great for toasting subs, heating sandwiches, warming pizza, and other foods at kiosks, cafeterias, and restaurants, the e5-1530 features 6, ten minute cooking stages and advanced technology to produce quality results at top speeds. Plus, its built-in catalytic converter allows it to be operated without the need for a venting system! Instead, removable filters help to maintain the performance and cleanliness of the unit and its surrounding area.

The 1.64 cu. ft. stainless steel cooking cavity offers two rack positions and is able to hold a standard 1/2 size metal baking pan for use in convection mode only. The cool-touch door exterior is constructed for operator comfort and safety, while the stainless steel body and interior are easy to clean with the included ChemcoDB-C Dirt Buster III oven cleaner and ChemcoOS-C oven shield.

Designed with user convenience in mind, the eikon e5-1530 features the Easy ToUCH control panel, an icon-based color touch screen that can store up to 1,024 multi-step recipe programs and user instructions. Recipe programs may easily be updated with the Merrychef MenuConnect program and uploaded directly using a Merrychef USB MenuKey. See Companion Items for compatible accessories. This unit includes:
