This stainless steel mandoline is perfect for slicing both vegetables and fruits and is durable with its 18/8 stainless steel. This mandoline is 1.2mm thick on the entire piece making it more durable than a typical mandoline. It features the option to cut wavy or straight and includes three replaceable blades for cubing your product. Another great feature is the guard that protects fingers from the blade. This stainless steel mandoline makes a great addition to any kitchen in need of a reliable mandoline.

In comparison to other mandolines we carry, this particular mandoline is a middle of the road slicer that offers a nice variety of features. It is stainless steel with interchangeable blades (for 1/4", 3/8" and 3/16" thickness) and the ability to cube product. We carry more basic or more top of the line mandolines as well to fit your specific needs.
