When used in conjunction with an ID-0686C, IY-0686C, or IB-0696YC QuietQube ice machine, this Manitowoc iCVD-0696 remote ice machine condenser provides quieter operation than comparable remote condenser units! Unlike the hot gas evaporator systems that come standard on most remote condenser machines, this unit's cool vapor defrost (CVD) technology allows you to place the machine further from the remote condenser, so you produce less noise while still gaining the increased efficiency and ice-making benefits of a remote condenser system. Just connect your ice machine via a remote tubing line kit (sold separately), and this remote condenser will effectively dissipate heat at a convenient location, away from the ice machine.
