This is the only Mandoline that I have not cut my finger on. This is a very easy to use mandoline and very sharp. Works great

This mandoline is great for getting clean even cuts fast. We make fresh potato chips on the line and this gets the potatoes super thin every time.

i use this mandoline all the time for potatoes especially and it works great. you can use it for many other things too and it is always reliable

Bought a cheap one - learned my lesson. This is a winner. If you are going to invest in a Mandoline dont get one with plastic parts. This one is the real thing. A workhorse in the kitchen.

This is a wonderful slicer good for potatoes and just about any other vegetable! Great for creating equal slices each and every time! Hand guard is a great safety feature!!

what a great mandoline we use it at our family restaurant. great design easy to use. cuts our vegtables super fast, we love it and it shows in the finished product.

a very high quality heavy duty mandoline slicer. you would find this in just about any restaurant. it can slice anything like cucumbers and tomato

Excelent product. We are using it in a restaurant every day, but the the instructions are a little poor, we found a video in youtube and now works excelent
