Tart and sweet, Lucky Leaf red raspberry pie filling is made with the highest quality fruit for full flavor and lots of versatility in your restaurant, cafe, coffee shop or bakery! With the tangy zing of red raspberries, each 116 oz. can of filling delivers a delicious addition to your signature desserts, and works great as a topping for ice cream, cookies or cakes, as well as a filling for pies, cupcakes and more!

When using for toppings on ice cream, pancakes, waffles, cheesecakes, and other similar applications, this pie filling should be thinned down with either a simple syrup or apple juice to achieve a "cascading" effect on the finished product.

    I love the flavor of this Lucky Leaf red raspberry pie filling! It is great for a traditional pie but I love using it to make a nice raspberry sauce!!
