Tart and sweet, Lucky Leaf lemon pie filling is made with the highest quality fruit for full flavor and lots of versatility in your restaurant, cafe, coffee shop or bakery! With the tangy zing of lemon, each 116 oz. can of filling delivers a delicious addition to your signature desserts, and works great as a topping for ice cream, cookies or cakes, as well as a filling for pies, cupcakes and more!

When using for toppings on ice cream, pancakes, waffles, cheesecakes, and other similar applications, this pie filling should be thinned down with either a simple syrup or apple juice to achieve a "cascading" effect on the finished product.

    Delicious lemon pie filling. Add some meringue on top and this filling makes for a great lemon meringue pie. I recommend this to home and commercial bakeries. Customers will come back for this.

    This is a good lemon filling! It is awesome for making a quick pie with!! I have used this Lucky Leaf lemon filling for a nice refreshing tart!!!
