Its digital oven controls are centrally located on the front of the unit, with a power on/off switch, a temperature control (adjustable between 90 and 600 degrees Fahrenheit), a conveyor control, and four preset menu buttons. Additionally, each unit features a digital time and temperature display.
The Lincoln CTI is perfect for rapid heating, cooking, baking, and crisping of foods, with its innovative air impingement technology. With this system, this unit is capable of performing at a rate two to four times faster than standard impingement ovens, placing hot air under pressure and then surrounding your foods with small jets of hot air.
The CTI utilizes an easily adjustable, removable flexible stainless steel conveyor. Effortlessly cook foods for anywhere from 30 seconds to 15 minutes within the 20" baking chamber.
For easy cleaning, the Lincoln CTI electric conveyor oven features a No. 4 finish stainless steel exterior and four removable air distribution fingers within the baking chamber. Includes 4" legs. Choose voltage.
