Can I stack a Lincoln oven on top of another oven?
Yes, however, Lincoln ovens are only meant to be stacked with other Lincoln ovens. Under no circumstances should Lincoln ovens be used in a stacking configuration with other oven brands nor should Lincoln DCTI models be stacked more than 2 units high. Please refer to the operation manual in the resource section for more stacking guidelines.
My business is at a high elevation; does this change anything when I order gas cooking equipment?
Many gas equipment manufacturers need to make adjustments to the equipment so it operates correctly at elevations over 2,000 feet. Sometimes we can special order from the manufacturer and have your cooking equipment delivered ready-to-go, but in cases where your unit is in stock and waiting to ship, you’ll need to have a qualified service technician come to your location and alter your unit at the time of installation so that it is compatible with a higher elevation. Contact our Special Orders team prior to placing your order, and we will let you know what will work best for the equipment you are planning to purchase.
What is the normal lead time for this item?

The new Quest EMS energy management system guarantees lower gas usage without compromising heat.
Using the latest advancements in air impingement technology, this oven allows for rapid heating, cooking, baking, and crisping of all your customers' favorites. Its front facing digital control panel features an improved view vacuum fluorescent readout display that allows your staff to turn the unit on or off with a single power switch, set and monitor temperatures between 260-600 degrees Fahrenheit, and control conveyor belt speed with adjustable cooking times between 1-30 minutes. For easy troubleshooting, this panel will also display informative diagnostic messages.
The Lincoln Impinger 3200 series conveyor oven utilizes an easily-adjustable, removable stainless steel 32" wide belt that effortlessly moves throughout the 40" baking chamber. A 3" opening size accommodates a variety of products. For even more cooking efficiency, this unit is stackable (other units sold separately), helping you increase your output! The oven is designed for stacking with your existing Lincoln conveyor oven configuration, and is not meant for purchase as a stand-alone unit.
For easy cleaning and excellent durability, this gas conveyor oven features a stainless steel exterior and interior construction. This unit also requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
