Presort dirty dishes and glasses with the Lakeside B592 soiled dish breakdown cart, which features two flat shelves and two angled shelves! Each flat shelf has side and back rails to hold bus tubs, and a marine front edge prevents dripping. The angled shelves are pitched at 20 degrees to easily reach and organize glass/cup racks, and it includes a drain system with a clear plastic tube to avoid wet floors and accidents. All of the shelves are 28" x 46".

Each shelf is made of 14 gauge stainless steel for extra strength to support heavy dishes. This unit's stainless steel, all-welded, U-shape design provides extra support while also being easy to clean. Slides below the bottom shelf accommodate a 12" x 20" x 2" drain pan, which is sold separately. The 8" casters feature two swivel and two fixed casters to make transportation smooth and easy. A plate scraper and hanging waste bin comes standard.
