A excellent shaped clam shell made out of heavy gauge aluminum compared to most,which also allows for nice portion control.

We were very happy with the clam foils, however there were about 20 that were not usable. They were bent and crushed, no big deal. I will be ordering them again when i need them. Thanks B. Dalley
