    Japanese Sashimi Knife with POM Handle

    Very sharp. I like the one sided sharpening on the japanese knives. They offer more control when slicing. The price was very reasonable, so much so that if you don't know how to re-sharpen this knife, you could treat it as a disposable one and order a replacement.
