When two voltages, for example 120V and 208-240V, are listed for a machine like this, you'll need a circuit that can handle both voltages due to the way the machine must be wired when it's installed. For example, the controls may only require 120V but the heater and motor require 208V or 240V.

The Hobart LXIH-4 High Temperature Dishwasher is a serious piece of equipment. My dishware and glassware come out spotless albeit scolding to the touch. 90 second cycle makes me wish I had one of these at my home.
