This Hobart Legacy HL120-1 12 qt. all-purpose stand mixer comes complete with everything you need to quickly prepare fluffy mashed potatoes and moist bakery-style cakes, signature pizza dough, and rich, tasty icing. Its deluxe accessory package features Hobart Quick Release Agitators, including (1) 12 qt. "B" beater and (1) 12 qt. "D" wire whip, as well as (1) 12 qt. stainless steel bowl, (1) 12 qt. bowl scraper, and (1) 12 qt. ingredient chute. A #12 taper attachment hub makes transitioning between accessories easier than ever.
Each HL120-1 features a three-speed, 1/2 HORSEPOWER motor, gear transmission, stir speed function and Shift-On-The-Fly controls which allow the operator to change the speed while the mixer is running. For superior consistency, the HL120-1 also has a 15-minute smart-timer and automatic time recall.
