With a 1/2" thick polished steel griddle plate, this Hobart CG59-1 72" electric countertop griddle is guaranteed to quickly cook eggs, bacon, hamburgers, chicken, and much more!
Six independent temperature control zones allow you to simultaneously cook between 200 and 450 degrees Fahrenheit. A signal light for each thermostat indicates whether or not it is operating and when the preset temperature is reached.
This Hobart CG59-1 72" electric countertop griddle is designed with an easy-to-clean stainless steel front and sides, as well as a 3" stainless steel back and side splash. A 3 1/8" wide front grease trough empties into a large capacity grease drawer to ensure fast cleanup.
