To reduce slicing time and wear on bearings, each automatic slicer features Select-A-Stroke ™ custom stroke length capabilities that enable the operator to set the stroke length with the position of the product tray.
For excellent cleaning and sanitation, each slicer features an exclusive tilting, removable carriage system, as well as built-in MICROBAN® antimicrobial product protection.
The carriage of the Hobart 3713-2 will handle food up to 12" wide or 8" in diameter. It easily adjusts to cut up to a thickness of 1 1/4". The 3713-2 is recommended for those who slice 4 to 5 hours per day and is good for high production restaurants, delis and institutional use. It’s suitable for medium-duty slicing of cheese.
The 3713-2 includes a removable, washable, top-mounted Borazon stone sharpener, and a 1/2 HP knife drive motor. For easier cleaning, increased operator efficiency, and labor reduction, each slicer also features an ergonomically-designed handle, a removable ring guard cover, a 10 rib, poly v-belt drive system, and a rear-mounted meat grip. Includes 6’ cord and plug.
