This Hobart 1HF85CF-1-SBL 85 lb. electric floor fryer combines the convenience of completely programmable computer controls, a single auto basket lift, and industry-leading energy efficiency to produce unbeatable consistency between batches, while reducing operating costs. It’s perfect for quickly frying your signature chicken wings, French fries, onion rings, and mozzarella sticks!

Easily program up to 10 menu items, at temperatures ranging from 200 to 390 degrees Fahrenheit, for consistent results every time. For higher efficiency, low watt density ribbon style heating elements provide optimal heat exchange surface. A stainless steel cabinet, fry tank, front, and sides combine to provide longevity.

For excellent cleaning results, this Hobart 1HF85CF-1-SBL 85 lb. electric floor fryer features a built-in patented filter system, complete with a paperless stainless steel filter screen, a complimentary package of KleenScreen Plus® micron filtration fabric envelopes, a drawer style filter pan assembly, and a 1/3 HP motor and pump which circulates the frying compound at a rate of 8 gallons per minute.

This floor fryer is NSF and CSA Listed, as well as Energy Star Compliant. Includes 6" adjustable, nickel plated, non-corrosive legs. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional information.
