Shopping Help

Follow these easy steps to shop:

How to Locate the Items you want:

  • Browse through our categories located at the left side of your screen
  • Search for your item using either the search or advanced search function located above the category listing on the left.
  • If we don't carry an item you're looking for, contact us, and we'll try to locate it for you.

How to add your item to the cart:

  • When you do a search of an item or browse through our categories, you will eventually be presented with a list of items.
  • You can add any of these items to your cart by clicking on the Add to Cart button.
  • If there is a drop down select box present above the Add to Cart button, then you must also choose an option for the product before adding it to your cart.

How to get to your cart:

  • Click on the shopping cart icon at the top right hand side of the screen.
  • You are taken to your cart whenever you add an item to it.

Payment Options

At The WEBstaurant Store we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover card as valid payment options.

When will I be charged?

You will be charged for your order upon shipment. If for any reason your order must be split up into multiple shipments, you will only be charged for the products that are being shipped. All backordered items will be charged at the time that they are shipped.

Tax

Sales tax will be charged only to those orders being shipped within the states of Pennsylvania and Florida.

My Account Help

The My Account section of The WEBstaurant Store website can be used for a variety of things: changing your user information, checking a current order's status, and viewing past orders. To access the My Account section, while either shopping or viewing the main page, click on the My Account link at the top of the screen. In order to use the My Account feature you must be a registered user.

Change User Information

In order to change your user information, you must first be log in. Once you are logged in, click on the My Account link. You should be presented with two options: Orders and My Information. Click on My Information. Here, you can view your user information.

In order to change your user information, click on the link titled Update My Information. You will be presented with a form filled out with your user information. Change what you would like to change and leave the rest as it is. Click on the Update Information button at the bottom. Your user information is now updated.

Order Status

In order to view order status, you must first be log in. Once you are logged in, click on the My Account link. You should be presented with two options: Orders and My Information. Click on Orders. Here, you can view your current and past orders.

In order to view any given order, click on the link titled View next to the order in question. Here, you can see when and what you ordered, the totals of the order, the progress of the order, and any shipping and tracking information available for the order.

Reorder Help

The Reorder feature of The WEBstaurant Store site allows registered users to view a list of items that they have bought in the past as well as add these items to their cart. The feature makes it easy to find and order the items that you need the most. In order to user the Reorder feature you must be a registered user.

The process of adding items to the cart from the reorder page is slightly different than other pages where you can add items to the cart. For starters, you must be logged in in order to view your personalized list of products. After you have begun to shop and have logged in, click on the Reorder link at the top of your screen. In order to add items to your cart from the list of products, enter the quantity of each item in the list that you would like and then click on the Add to Cart button at the bottom of the list. If you have more than 10 items in your reorder list, click on the next and back links to view more.
