Delivery is performed by 2 trained professionals; they will deliver inside to a room of choice and up 1 flight of steps, unpack the item and remove debris to an off-site receptacle. Details

The space saving Hatco S-18 18 kW Imperial booster water heater has a 16 gallon capacity to provide plenty of hot final rinse water required to properly sanitize and flash-dry dishes and flatware! This electric booster heater is factory pre-plumbed and pre-wired with a calibrated immersion thermostat and high-temperature limit switch, and features fiberglass insulation to minimize heat loss. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details and installation requirements. A sizing chart is included at the end of the Spec Sheet to help you match the correct booster heater to your needs.

- Swing-away front panels with low-water cut-off, control fuses, and transformer allow quick access to probes and elements for easy servicing

Water Quality Requirements: Incoming water exceeding 3.0 grains of hardness per gallon (GPG) must be treated and softened before being supplied to the booster heater. Water containing over 3.0 GPG will decrease the efficiency and reduce the operating life of the unit. Product failure caused by liming or sediment buildup is not covered under warranty.
