What should I do if I can't use distilled water?
If you don't use distilled water, make sure to use white vinegar or another de-liming agent in the water tank to remove scale build-up. Do this as often as needed.

This holding cabinet comes with an eight-shelf rack that can hold up to (16) 18" pizza boxes or 8 bagged pizzas so you can quickly and easily serve your customers fresh pizzas. With the help of (2) 60W lamps, this unit brilliantly illuminates your products so that customers can see what you're offering.
For even, consistent temperatures, heat is gently diffused throughout the cabinet so your food is hot when served, and the cabinet's doors and sides are made of tempered glass so you and your customers get the full view of the product at all times. The top-mount controls make it easy to adjust temperature at any time, and the readout clearly relays accurate internal temperature readings. And thanks to its pass-through design, you can easily bridge the gap between your kitchen and front-of-house operation.
