The Hatco HDW2-120V
freestanding, two-drawer
warmer is built of rugged
stainless steel with durable,
nylon drawer rollers. There
are 12-gauge stainless steel
slides and heavy-duty
hardware on the HDW2-120V.
Each drawer on the HDW2-120V
has a recessed on/off switch,
thermostatic control and
temperature monitor. There
are 6" deep food pans in the
drawers, along with
adjustable sliding vents. The
drawers have cutouts to hold
half-size and third-size
pans. The insulated top and
sides of the HDW2-120V
provide maximum thermal
retention, and it comes with
a 6' cord and a plug. The
HDW2-120V measures 29 1/2"W x
22 5/8"D x 21 1/8"H, and is
120V and 900W. The HDW2-120V
is NSF and UL listed, and has
a two year warranty on all
its metal-sheathed heating
elements.
About Common Carrier Shipments: We want your delivery to go smoothly, so we kindly ask that you read the
following tips:
(1) When your delivery arrives, how are you going to remove it from the delivery truck? Please keep in mind that the truck driver does not have to help you. Since you are reading this, it is likely that you are ordering an item that is heavy or bulky. If this is the case, we highly recommend that you select the lift gate delivery option when you place your order. This will ensure that the truck that makes your delivery is equipped with a lift gate which can safely lower heavy freight from the truck down to ground level. If you have a delivery dock or a forklift it is likely that you do not need a lift gate delivery. Not sure if you need a lift gate? Please contact us before you place your order, and we will be glad to make a recommendation.
(2) Have a plan in place for getting equipment into your building and set in place. This is completely your responsibility. The truck driver definitely will not help with this! Check the spec sheet before placing your order, to ensure that it will physically fit through your doorways, under ceilings, etc.
(3) When your delivery arrives you will be asked to sign the bill of lading. By signing the bill of lading, you are saying that you have received the product, and it is in good condition. So it is very important that you inspect your merchandise before you sign for it! If there is any damage to the product or the packaging, you must write “Product Damaged” clearly on the bill of lading before signing it! Following these instructions will make it possible for us to help you resolve the problem.
(4) We ship via a variety of freight carriers. We want you to be prepared to receive your delivery when it arrives, so we won’t “keep you in the dark!” We will email the freight carrier name and tracking number to you on the business day after your product ships.
