This unit is recommended for use in a metallic countertop. For other surfaces, you will need to verify that the material is safe for use with temperatures up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit.

The remote thermostatic controls are adjustable between 80 and 181 degrees Fahrenheit for excellent control over the heat of your signature foods, and thanks to the unit's simple design, you can easily clean this shelf by wiping it down with a damp cloth or non-abrasive cleaner.
