This Greenwave Bagasse TW-POO-012 XH large heavy weight oval platter is great for holding and supporting larger quantities of food at your restaurant or buffet. And, it's eco-friendly! This microwavable platter is capable of withstanding oil heated to 302 degrees Fahrenheit, and water heated to 212 degrees Fahrenheit.
