The Green Wave TW-POO-001 biodegradable 6" plate is an environmentally friendly way to serve food. All Green Wave products are 100 percent green and are an excellent substitute for non-environmentally friendly products, such as styrofoam and plastic!

Each 6" plate is made out of all-natural, annually-renewable resources like sugarcane, grass, and reed plasma. These materials break down quickly in landfills, and allow Green Wave to remain competitive without exploiting the natural environment or disturbing Earth's delicate ecosystem.

This durable 6" plate is also microwavable and can withstand high temperatures, making it easy to reheat food. Green Wave dinnerware has a similar feel and texture to molded fiber Chinet dinnerware.

The TW-POO-001 biodegradable 6" plate is sold by the case. Each case contains 1000 plates.

    Green Wave TW-POO-001 6" Biodegradable Plate 1000/CS

    These plates are very sturdy and hold up well with food on them, and they do not bend with donuts, grapes, and bagels on them. We have had no problems with these plates.

    Green Wave TW-POO-001 6" Biodegradable Plate 1000/CS

    I was amazed at the strength and durability of the plates, especially considering the price per item. I am using the plates in place of traditional plastic plates as part of our College's efforts to be more environmentally responsible.
