Customer questions about this product
- What do the 9" x 9" x 3" measurements refer to?
- The 9" x 9" measurements refer to length and width, and the product has a total of 3" of height space when closed.
- Will these containers work for any type of take out food?
- These Green Wave compostable take out containers can handle hot or cold food. Based on feedback we've received from our customers and our own experiences with these containers, they do not work quite as well with saucy, greasy foods like chicken wings, fried chicken, or Chinese food. If you'd like to use these containers for those types of items, we recommend lining the bottom of the container with waxed paper or one of these environmentally friendly EcoCraft deli wrap products!

The Green Wave TW-BOO-011
biodegradable 9" x 9" x 3"
microwavable take out container is an
environmentally friendly way to serve food.
All Green Wave products are 100 percent
green and are an excellent substitute for
non-environmentally friendly products,
such as styrofoam and plastic!
Each 9" x 9" x 3" take out container is made out of all-natural, annually-renewable resources like sugarcane, grass, and reed plasma. These materials break down quickly in landfills, and allow Green Wave to remain competitive without exploiting the natural environment or disturbing Earth's delicate ecosystem.
This durable 9" x 9" x 3" container is also microwavable and can withstand high temperatures, making it easy to reheat food. Green Wave dinnerware has a similar feel and texture to molded fiber Chinet dinnerware.
The TW-BOO-011 biodegradable 9" x 9" x 3" container is sold by the case. Each case contains 300 containers.

These containers are great, they hold up well and we like that they are more environmentally friendly than other to-go options. The only thing to make sure of is that the flap to close it does not always stay secure if moving aroudn a lot.

I wanted to go green after using styrofoam for years and feeling guilty. These containers provide plenty of room, and are very cost conscious. I really like them and my customers and I appreciate the fact that they are biodegradable.

Very happy to find a biodegradable take out container for our concession stand. So many times all you can find is Styrofoam that is bad for the environment

I use this container for all of my take out lunches. I use a deli sheet on the bottom when I have to put a hot sandwich in it. I love that they are biodegradable.

We ordered these for our restaurantand we like the look, feel, and sourcing very much. They aren't great for wet items but they hold up pretty well. I would recommend them.

A good, ecofriendly solution ofr packaging to go. This is not good for wet items or you must use a coated paper liner which offsets some of the benefits, but if you have dry goods to pack, its great!
