This Gold Medal 5519 chocolate dip coating is perfect for creating chocolate-covered waffle cones! Its specially-compounded Cocoa Butter is designed to work with a slightly warmed waffle. This chocolate dip coating is easy to use, and works best when heated to 110 degrees Fahrenheit. No refrigeration required. Comes in a 35 lb. container.
