This versatile Gold Medal 5280M electric fry cutter allows you to choose, from a variety of cuts, what type of fries you would like to offer your customers. While it ships ready to create delicious spiral fries, the Gold Medal 5280M electric fry cutter also comes with parts that allow it to cut ribbon fries, Saratoga swirls, and "spider web" potato pancakes. Simply poke a hole in the potato with the included potato pierce, load it into the cutter, press the two red buttons, and watch as it quickly delivers freshly cut fries in your style of choice!

The Gold Medal 5280M electric spiral fry cutter comes with suction cups for temporary mounting and a mounting plate for semi-permanent mounting. It requires a 120V electrical connection and is UL and NSF Listed. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details and measurements.

    Seems like a small piece of equipment, but it sure does get the work done. it works quickly and efficiently to give the best spiral fries. And its always a cool thing to make yourself, the spiral cut fries. totally worth it.

    Small unit but very powerful motor. Takes up very little counter space and. Able to process very many potatoes at once. I like that it comes with several different blades. Made in USA and worth the extra money. Tough unit
