Give your customers the option of hot cheese topping for their nachos, French fries, or even hamburgers and hot dogs with this Gold Medal 5279 140 oz. aged cheddar bag cheese. Gold Medal 5279 aged cheddar cheese is designed for use with Gold Medal bag style heated nacho cheese dispensers.

The adapter tube used connect the Gold Medal 5279 140 oz. aged cheddar bag cheese to your nacho cheese dispenser is included. The tube is not connected to the bag, however, so you can put the bag in a bagged cheese warmer. Once you're ready to use the cheese, just attach the tube to the bag and feed it through the dispenser's nozzle. Sold four, 140 oz. bags per case.
