Make deliciously sweet kettle corn with this Gold Medal 2538 sweet glaze flavor mix. Capture carnival kettle corn taste, sure to please your customers, with every batch of popcorn.

This mix coats popcorn with a molten sugar glaze. Simply add it to the kettle, along with the oil before popping, and the glaze will be applied while the popcorn pops. For added convenience, this mix contains an ingredient which bonds the sugar and oil together to guard against burning. Use a measure of this product equal to half the quantity of corn.

    A different twist on popcorn! If you are craving sweet and salty at the same time then this is the product for you. Great product!

    such a easy product to use in your home popper. You do need to make sure you unplug and empty your popper before the last kernel pops. great kettle corn flavor
