It also holds up well when used with both hot and cold foods, and it features raised sides for accommodating sauces and garnishes. No matter what you're serving, this plate can handle it! Made of break-resistant polycarbonate, this display piece is made to stand up to the toughest conditions.

In addition to being used on its own, this plate can also be combined with an HI-2007 pedestal (sold separately) to create an eye-catching, elevated presentation. The bottom of the plate features a threaded base that matches up with the pedestal for a secure hold. When it's time to clean up at the end of a shift or event, simply unscrew the plate from the pedestal for compact storage and easy cleaning of both components.
