Offering its convenient usage to bakeries, grocery stores, and catered functions, this pan withstands temperatures from -15 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. You can even fill the cups with batter and freeze for baking later!

When using this tray in the oven, always use a cookie sheet and place the tray in the middle rack of the oven. Never use the tray without a cookie sheet or place too close to the heat source. Melting and damage to your oven may occur.

The lids that came with my Genpak 55412 Bake N' Show dual ovenable 12 cup muffin trays don't seem to fit properly. Was I accidentally sent the wrong size?: The Genpak 55412 muffin tray is designed so that its shape changes after being baked. This will allow the lid to fit perfectly.
