This fryer is the perfect entry level floor fryer for the value minded buyer.

Using 2 burner tubes, this fryer requires only 90,000 BTU to achieve maximum cooking capacity. The unique shape of the tubes allows easy access to all areas of the frypot.

It has a stainless steel front, door, and trim. The SLG40 is constructed with a cold zone below the burner tubes to house food particles, extending shortening life.

Each one comes with a 1 year warranty on parts and labor and a 5 year warranty on the stainless steel frypot.
