This 100 lb. fryer is the perfect entry-level floor fryer for the value-minded buyer. Using 4 burner tubes, this fryer requires only 150,000 BTU to achieve maximum cooking capacity on a 18"x18" frying area. The unique shape of the tubes allows easy access to all areas of the fry pot. It has a stainless steel front, door, trim, and pot. Each one is constructed with a cold zone below the burner tubes to house food particles, extending shortening life. It also comes with a 1-year warranty on parts and labor and a 5-year warranty on the stainless steel fry pot.
