The Garland SS684 Sentry Series commercial electric restaurant range features ten powerful, sealed heating elements with over heat protection. Over heat protection reduces power to the individual element after 8 minutes if it is turned on without a pot or pan. Infinite high / low switch controls give you complete command over each burner's temperature.
The Garland SS684 commercial restaurant range's two, full size ovens have a complete porcelain interior finish for better heat retention and easier clean up. Each oven has an electro-mechanical, heavy-duty thermostat with a temperature range of 150 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit. Both ovens have a cool touch door handle, which protects your kitchen staff from accidental burns.
A stainless steel exterior and 10" high backsplash make the Garland SS684 Sentry Series commercial electric restaurant range durable, attractive, and easy to clean. It is CSA and NSF Listed, and must be hard wired; a cord and plug are not included. Choose voltage.
