For ultimate efficiency, each unit features two 40,000 BTU infrared burners, in addition to a fiberglass insulated interior and a stainless steel exterior, all working together to maintain the interior temperature.
As an added convenience, each Garland IRCMA-48 48" cheese melter comes standard with a removable, chrome-plated wire rack, as well as a 3/4" NPT gas regulator. NSF Listed. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details, measurements, and installation requirements. Choose fuel type.
