This Garland GXT6 72" gas countertop griddle is thermostat controlled. The cooking surface of the GXT6 is 22" x 72" and is 1" steel plated. The GXT6 is natural gas, and has six, aluminized steel burners, each producing 24,000 BTU. The GXT6 has thermostatic control between 150 degrees Fahrenheit and 450 degrees Fahrenheit. The GXT6 has a built-in grease trough, a large-capacity, removable grease can, and 4" legs with adjustable feet. The GXT6's warranty states that this unit will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year.
