This Garland GXT3 36" gas countertop griddle is thermostat controlled. The cooking surface of the GXT3 is 22" x 36" and is 1" steel plated. The GXT3 is natural gas, and has two, aluminized steel burners, each producing 24,000 BTU. The GXT3 has thermostatic control between 150 degrees Fahrenheit and 450 degrees Fahrenheit. The GXT3 has a built-in grease trough, a large-capacity, removable grease can, and 4" legs with adjustable feet. The GXT3's warranty states that this unit will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year.
