This Garland GTGG36-G36 heavy duty 36" countertop griddle features a piezo spark ignition and three "H" shaped burners that provide 78,000 BTU's of raw cooking power. Each burner has an independent, manual hi-lo style temperature control, with an approximate temperature range of 320 to 730 degrees Fahrenheit.
Its 1" thick, polished steel griddle plate provides ample space to tackle any cooking task, while a 4" wide grease trough and grease trays ensure quick, easy clean up. The 36" Garland GTGG36-G36 heavy duty countertop griddle also features a stainless steel front, sides, and back, with matching 4" adjustable legs to stand up to the daily demands of your busy kitchen.
