This compact induction range lets you customize your cooking space by fitting easily into your countertop, and it comes with an air intake kit for easy installation. A remote control panel with rotary switch delivers precise temperature control, allowing you to prepare your hottest menu items, saute delicate sauces, and cook up everything in between.

Because there is no open flame, this unit allows much cooler working conditions, and is also much safer to operate than traditional ranges. Its RTCS pan detection system shuts off the heat source when the pan is removed, and it adjusts automatically to prevent pans from boiling dry or overheating. A stainless steel body provides superior durability, while its ceramic glass top makes it easy to clean.
