With an impressive 10.1 kW of power, the high quality Garland ED-36G 36" Designer Series electric countertop griddle heats up quickly to cook your chicken, fish, vegetables, and more! A 1/2" thick, polished steel plate provides a durable cooking surface with ample room for any of your delicious entrees.
This top-of-the-line Garland ED-36G 36" Designer Series electric countertop griddle is thermostatically controlled and features high-quality insulation underneath the elements for optimum heat efficiency. It has 2 1/2" side and rear splashguards that protect your countertops, walls, and floors from accidental grease splatters, and a concealed grease drawer is included to make cleanup a cinch! It requires a 208V, 3 phase electrical connection.
