Garland / US Range ED-30FT 240/1 Details
The Garland ED-30FT is a powerful, 34 lb. dual tank electric countertop fryer that features a compact construction that thrive in concession stands and snack bars with stringent space restrictions and high-volume demand! It has two electronic thermostats for precise, accurate control so that you can fry different foods simultaneously, or run only one tank for energy-efficiency. A high-limit switch protects the fryer from overheating by shutting down the unit if shortening temperatures exceed normal limits.
With two 17 lb. tanks, this Garland ED-30FT Designer series electric countertop fryer will tempt customers toward your delicious French fries, onion rings, and other fried foods during the day, and will clean up easily at the end of the night! Its durable stainless steel foundation can be quickly wiped down, while its stainless steel tanks lift out for convenient cleaning. It requires a 240V, 1 phase electrical connection.
