The hot plate's two 7 1/2" open elements are individually managed by 6-position switches so that you can prepare various dishes simultaneously, or use only one burner during non-peak hours for energy-efficiency.
Cleanup has never been easier than with the Garland ED-15H Designer Series electric countertop hot plate! The stainless steel front and black enamel sides can be quickly wiped down, while the controls are recessed for protection against drips and splashes. It must be hardwired and is NSF Listed.
