This is an excellent deep-fryer for heavy/commercial use. The vats can accommodate a lot of contents such as french fries, onion rings, nuggets and chicken cuts. The quality is very high with this item since it is made by Garland. It is made mostly from very sturdy stainless steel and feels as a solid deep fryer that can withstand serious use.
