Garland / US Range E24-31F 240/3 Details
Easily fry up batches of delicious golden-brown French fries and other customer favorites with the Garland E24-31F 30 lb. countertop electric fryer! With its powerful heating element and fast recovery, this high-output countertop fryer can keep up with high demands in the busiest kitchens and concession stands. With it, you can produce up to 60 lb. of French fries per hour!
The fryer's immersion heating element delivers even heat to all sides of the fry tank to ensure a pleasing product every time and is controlled by a precise hydraulic thermostat with a temperature range of 200-375 degrees Fahrenheit. The E24-31F comes complete with two nickel-plated perforated baskets and a nickel-plated stainless steel fry tank with heavy-duty steel handles. A convenient bottom mounted drain valve lets you empty the fry pot for cleaning or to filter the oil. The Garland E24-31F boasts a heavy-duty construction with a stainless steel front, sides, and 4" legs. It requires a 240V, 3 phase electrical connection.
