With its powerful heating element and fast recovery, this high-output countertop fryer can keep up with high demands in the busiest kitchens and concession stands.
The fryer's immersion heating element delivers even heat to all sides of the fry tank to ensure a pleasing product every time and is controlled by a precise hydraulic thermostat with a temperature range of 200 to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. The E24-31F comes complete with two nickel plated perforated baskets and a nickel plated stainless steel fry tank with heavy duty steel handles. A convenient bottom mounted drain valve lets you empty the fry pot for cleaning or to filter the oil.
The Garland E24-31F boasts a heavy duty construction with a stainless steel front and sides, and 4" legs. It is CSA and NSF Listed and must be hard wired; it does not come with a cord and plug.
