Because the Garland CG-60R-01 60" Master Series gas production griddle boasts five powerful "U" burner per 12" section of its cooking surface and precise thermostatic controls, it is the griddle of choice for high volume chain restaurants, busy drive-throughs, and other situations where rapid heat-up, recovery, even heating, and durability are required.

Its 1" thick griddle plate ensures even heating and heat retention, and each thermostatic control has its own on/off switch to help you conserve energy during off-peak times. Additionally, the included sidesplashes, 8" backsplash, and bottom-mounted grease drawers make cleanup simple when finished, while four 6" legs facilitate easy under-griddle access.

This heavy duty 60" countertop griddle is CSA Blue Flame and CSA Design Certified and NSF Listed. It requires 6" of side and back clearance, a 120V electrical connection for the lights and switches, and comes with a 6' power cord. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details.
