range with one standard oven and one
storage base and a 24" raised
griddle/broiler comes packed with features
that enhance its convenience and usability.
Six powerful 33,000 BTU Starfire-Pro
burners are set in split cast iron ergonomic
grates.
The standard-size oven
features a robust 38,000 BTU "H" style cast
iron burner, and a nickle plated oven rack
with a 3-position removable guide. The
oven's large, porcelain interior makes
cleanup a snap, and fits standard sheet
pans in both directions. The oven features
an easy-to-modulate snap action
thermostat with a temperature range from
low to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. This wide
temperature range with precision
adjustment means you can use the oven
for holding as well! Next to the oven, there's
a convenient and spacious storage area in
lieu of a second oven.
The 24"
raised griddle/broiler section has a 5/8"
thick griddle plate with 3 cast iron burners
and manual hi/low valve control, each rated
at 14,500 BTU. The total surface of the
griddle measures 23 5/8"W x
27"D.
It
is easy to clean, thanks to its stainless
steel front and sides. With a large, 27"
deep work top surface and a 5" stainless
steel plate rail, you'll have plenty of room to
work.
This Garland
range measures 60"W x 31 1/8"D x 36"H
(w/ legs). With the shelf, the total height is
