This Frymaster SDU90 shortening disposal unit has a 90 lb. capacity. It needs a minimum fryer drain height of 9.6" for gravity draining. The heavy-duty manual pump on the SDU90 can empty 50 pounds of oil in less than 60 seconds. The pump is located at a convenient height that requires no stooping, bending, or lifting. The SDU90 features large, 7" wheels for easy transport. The SDU90 comes with a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. In addition, the pump on the SDU90 has a 1 year warranty on parts only.
