A center-mounted thermostat allows the heavy duty Frymaster RE17-2-SD 50 lb. split pot floor fryer to quickly anticipate and adapt to temperature change resulting from inserting cold food into the pot. Its 1 degree Fahrenheit anticipating action minimizes temperature overshoot to deliver uniform frying results and maximize the life of your oil.
This Energy Star Compliant floor fryer boasts a large, deep cold zone and a forward sloping bottom that maintains the quality of your oil by collecting and removing sediment from the frypot. Its rear flush feature pushes the sediment to a 1 1/4" IPS-ball type drain valve for quick and efficient cleanup.
The Frymaster RE17-2-SD 50 lb. split pot high efficiency electric floor fryer is Energy Star Compliant and UL and NSF Listed. Some 3 phase models come with a cord, no models come with a plug.
