The Frymaster RE14BLC-SC 50 lb. high efficiency electric floor fryer with computer magic controls and basket lifts is built to provide you with an easy-to-operate, high-tech frying option. This fryer is so powerful that it can fry up to 68 lbs. of fries per hour and still meet tough Energy Star standards! It features a state of the art programmable Computer Magic control system that automatically adjusts cooking time to provide consistent food quality, and a crystal clear LED display for precise temperature checks. Automatic basket lifts are also included to promote high-volume output that maximizes profits.

The Frymaster RE14BLC-SC electric floor fryer boasts self-standing, swing-up elements and a center-mounted thermostat that quickly anticipates and adapts to temperature change resulting from inserting cold food into the pot. Its 1 degree Fahrenheit anticipating action minimizes temperature overshoot to deliver uniform frying results and maximize the life of your oil.

This Energy Star Compliant floor fryer features a large, deep cold zone and a forward sloping bottom that maintains the quality of your oil by collecting and removing sediment from the frypot. Its rear flush feature pushes the sediment to a 1 1/4" IPS-ball type drain valve for quick and efficient cleanup.

The Frymaster RE14BLC-SC 50 lb. high efficiency electric floor fryer with Computer Magic and basket lifts is Energy Star Compliant as well as UL and NSF Listed.
