It features automatic basket lifts that promote consistent, high-quality results and high-volume output to maximize profits.
The Frymaster RE14BL-SC electric floor fryer boasts self-standing, swing-up elements and a center-mounted thermostat that quickly anticipates and adapts to temperature change resulting from inserting cold food into the pot. Its 1 degree Fahrenheit anticipating action minimizes temperature overshoot to deliver uniform frying results and maximize the life of your oil.
This Energy Star Compliant floor fryer features a large, deep cold zone and a forward sloping bottom that maintains the quality of your oil by collecting and removing sediment from the frypot. Its rear flush feature pushes the sediment to a 1 1/4" IPS-ball type drain valve for quick and efficient cleanup.
The Frymaster RE14BL-SC 50 lb. high efficiency electric floor fryer with basket lifts is Energy Star Compliant as well as UL and NSF Listed. Some 3 phase models come with a cord, no models come with a plug. Please consult an electrician for installation.
